A trusted, value-driven senior executive, Board member recognized for his leadership roles in various technology enterprises, experienced in building high-performing teams across multiple advanced technologies, clean tech and energy sectors - leading development and implementation of comprehensive business strategies, licensing, partnerships and joint ventures. Experience includes technology start-ups, IP development, corporate M&A, PE/debt financing and ESG, regulatory, and policy matters while developing and implementing organizations to meet corporate objectives. Operational and financial leadership has built and advanced shareholder value within various growth-orientated enterprises.

He participates in various forums, supporting organizations and businesses on enterprise development, advanced technologies, product innovation, ESG and global strategies. He holds a BS in Business from Millikin University with advanced studies at Arizona State University and American University.

Corporate Boards include Octanex Technologies, Inc., Colorado Small Business Coalition, The Energy Africa Fund, IBC, is a Board Advisor for the Leeds School of Business and University of Colorado Deming Center Venture Fund and serves as a Board Director for IBC and as a Board Advisor for the Business Law Innovation Clinic at Northern Illinois School of Law. He supports various Non-Profit Boards actively “giving back” to the local communities, advancing corporate responsibility and environmental balance.
