In the previous 22 years, Mike was President of pewag North America, the US entity of pewag Austria, manufacturer of the "World's Strongest Chains." Mike and his team grew the distribution and sales of the company to a dominant position in the US market and built an organization to support it. Highlights were the establishment of a North American Distribution Center in Bolingbrook, Illinois and building a chain manufacturing facility in Pueblo, Colorado. During this time, Mike gathered valuable experience in running an international business (both distribution and manufacturing) in the United States.
