Brandon leads BDO Denver’s corporate tax practice, where he focuses on building strong relationships with multinational and multi-state corporations in the mid-market. He has more than 16 years of experience working with both public and privately-held corporations, spending the majority of his time on international and M&A consulting, compliance matters, and ASC 740 tax accrual preparation and review services.

Brandon has significant experience working with service businesses, including those in the travel management, software and technology, and manufacturing and distribution industries. He leverages his strong, worldwide connections within BDO to advise on cross-border transactions, both outbound and inbound to the US, provide value-added services and advice related to minimizing worldwide tax liabilities, and manage US tax reporting requirements aimed at global transparency.
