Global Expansion Activation Program (LEAP) – Advanced Manufacturing
A Proven WTCA Program, Now Launching in Denver
The Global Expansion Activation Program (LEAP) is a universal business accelerator developed by the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) to support Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) in their international growth efforts. With years of global delivery and thousands of companies served, LEAP has helped businesses around the world assess their readiness for international expansion and successfully enter new markets.
Now, WTC Denver is proud to bring LEAP to Colorado—selected as one of only seven World Trade Centers globally to launch this program, and the only one focused specifically on advanced manufacturing.
Why LEAP Matters for Colorado Manufacturers
Advanced manufacturers face unique barriers to global growth: capital-intensive operations, complex supply chains, IP protection, and the challenge of scaling without overextending resources. Too often, companies approach international markets opportunistically rather than strategically.
LEAP provides manufacturers with a repeatable, structured process to evaluate, prioritize, and unlock international markets one at a time—reducing risk and enabling sustainable growth.
