I have worked with a broad range of technologies, the majority of which include military aerospace and defense. Technologies are multiple with many years in imaging satellites, spacecraft launch operations and ground system development and operations. My extensive experience includes materials classifications, nuclear simulation programs, military electronics, and a variety of military radar systems, including air, naval, and ground applications. I have conducted risk assessments, internal and external audits, and mediation of potential violations. I participated in a DDTC directed audit. I am equally adept with BIS export controls, with experience in all categories of the CCL, including electronic design, development and production, and aerospace and propulsion. I know every category of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, and this environment is the most satisfying for me. I also know every category of the Export Administration Regulations and have done Office of Foreign Assets Control licenses. I have built entire compliance programs for startup companies.
