Description
This International Customer Service class equips students with the skills and knowledge to excel globally, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and effective communication. It covers serving diverse customer bases, addressing language barriers, understanding regional consumer behavior, and the impact on other organizational departments. Through best practices, hard and soft skills training, case studies, role-playing, and interactive discussions, students will learn to foster positive customer experiences and build strong, loyal relationships, enhancing their organization's international presence and reputation while supporting its vision and mission.

Over twenty years of experiences in customers’ management, marketing, accounting & finance, sales, logistics, and operations; in USA, Saudi Arabia, and Sudan. Expert with international operation (Sales, Service, Logistics, and finance sides); cross-cultural management and international business. Deep knowledge of Middle East and North Africa cultures and markets. Joined Leprino Foods Company in 2011, and since then worked in different international business positions (international documentation, international customer service, and international sales).
